what's a chuffer? is that like a chugger? or a huffer? actually aren't they similar... certainly not a chauffeur!!

Chuffer is all-encompassing, as they are everywhere, they’re right here as well as over there… however I must once again give credit to JP, you know “winning” JP, for bringing the chuffer term as we know it, into my lexicon. This afternoon’s example of chuffer is a guy on a Litespeed that costs more than you make in three months wearing a sophisticated moisture management system of technical fiber layered clothing that costs more than you make in six weeks rolling up Dexter downshifting multiple gears just trying to draft off you at the Casey Family Foundation where it’s not even a hill but more false-flat.
