maybe she can refocus her energy

who doesn’t do that E thing
and wants a goddamn 3-ring binder
with index tabs and
color copies

how bout that box job going to king county? 2 boxes actually. a driver needs assistance. he needs her to pull it down for him, and he needs me to meet him at crack park to take it out of his trunk. (gross). everything is delivered and filed accordingly--but the bailiff says she never got any of the documents--just binders of exhibits. the next morning youre back in the judges mailroom and you see the documents throught the mail slot still sitting there. meanwhile your coworker is bringing in a rush king from the same client, the same documents. ASAP--because the bailiff is set into a habit of i don't give a government fuck. how do we electronicallly blame the messenger when 6/1/09 comes'round?
