I was 10 years younger
and still older than you are

I rode a cross bike
uphill both ways
in the snow

I gave up on grad school

A CMWC meant more to me than a PhD

Messengers never had to show photo ID

City Grind was at 5th & Columbia

on a dot-matrix printer

A trip to the recorder
guaranteed 30 minutes of wait time

MDR, PNP and PM were legal messenger companies

now calculate in liters or gallons the average amount of beer that has been consumed in this ten year period. Then multiply that with the average cost of a single beer, pint or can. (not enough for that down payment on that house i bet) Factor in the average amount of calories and then wonder why your budha isn't as big as the guys next to you.

98' when I'd been running Nokian's for a couple winters having finally given up on the homemade studded tires. I recently ditched my pager for a cell phone but I'm still hoarding quarters. My how time flys
