The Galland building, located at 1221 2nd Avenue in Seattle, Washington, was demolished to make way for the Qualtrics Tower. The Qualtrics Tower, previously known as 2+U, is a 38-story, 500-foot-tall high-rise office building completed in 2020. It's situated at 2nd Avenue and University Street and offers 725,000 square feet of leasable space, including retail and public areas. The Galland Building, built in 1906, was associated with the initial period of downtown commercial expansion after the Klondike Gold Rush.

I once found a Burberry scarf in the lobby of the Galland Building back in the day. Then those guys down at DANK bags made it into a coozie and a hat too.
