a time lapse like this of Seattle ca 2008 2009 2010 would show a whole lot of nothing happening with several construction sites sitting still and one even getting filled back in and paved back into a parking lot

Seriously. I guess there's good reason I have that "I've never seen any of this before" feeling every time I roll in from the south.
