If you're working all day, but not really working, is it still work? If you take photographs, you are a photographer. As long as we don't put good or professional in front of photographer, neither of us have anything to worry about. If it's a "work" day with no "work" to do, is it better to sit on a chair on a really cold day in front of an espresso stand snapping pictures of things and people surrounding you while drinking beer, or is it better to sit on your couch all day on morphine answering Defendant's First Interrogatories because you have to get them in the mail the next day?
