These days my working motto which I borrowed from some guy on the AR15.com forums is. "Be polite, be proffesinoal and always have a plan to kill everyone you meet." The state employees seam to get more helpful when your being polite and thinking about how you would get past the bullet proof glass and drive a ballpoint pen into there temples. YMMV Kirk
