that front wheel was just posed there briefly I believe not just for my photo op but so the thief could cruise around campus without a wheel on his back while he scouted out other bike racks. PS upon further review I would keep that stem and then chuck the entire bike in the scrap bin after I hacksawed the bars out of it. And if I had a fleet of volunteers helping to triage the 10,000 other incoming donations we would pluck the 27" tires and hang them on the wall.
