the seatpost clamps on the seat rails got my attention before that rear rack. it feels to me like something isn't right there too. heads or tails you've got a 50/50 chance but when there's a front and back on both the top and bottom and multiple bolts with torque specs the chances to fuck it up increase dramatically.
