some it of is work styles in general and not unique to the bike shop. like those who stop working to talk about taking a lunch break for 45 minutes before they actually take their lunch. or those who spend more time talking about how much work they have to do than they do actually doing the work. or those who love to go meetings and talk about doing things but they never really do much of anything. why is the most efficient mechanic out front answering the phone and adjusting the straps on test ride helmets all day? while the enthusiastic mechanic in the back room assigned to full tuneups and overhauls spends most of their time talking about youtube videos. ?
